Leuphana University of Lüneburg focuses its research and teaching on the major social transformation processes of our time. These include, among others, the Leuphana Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS) in Culture and Society, the Centre for Digital Cultures (CDC), the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), and the Leuphana Center for Cooperative Security (LCCS). Leuphana also stands out for its educational structure, which is based on international standards and opens up innovative pathways: with the College for bachelor’s programmes, the Graduate School for master’s and doctoral studies, and the Professional School for part-time study programmes, it offers a model that is unique in Germany.
